Kettlebells are the answer for women. They burn body fat, build strength, and increase energy.
There are only six basic movements involving kettlebells, which make them a simple tool to use. Simple, but not easy:
- Get up
- Snatch
- Swing
- Clean
- Squat
- Press
TWO There is only one piece of equipment, the kettlebell. It shrinks down freewill and limits options. However, there is always room to play with numbers. One could always do more reps or go to a heavier kettlebell if need be.
THREE Kettlebells are a system. The body is one piece, and kettlebells work the body in ways other weights cannot because they train the whole body, not just one piece.
